An efficient and organised centre-of-operations, this 1400 sqm hospital features two operating theatres, a 12-bed capacity recovery ward, with discharge lounge opening to a rear pick-up location. The straight-line design optimises patient flow, avoiding mixing of pre- and post-operative traffic to enhance patient confidentiality.
All clinical areas are located towards the core of the building, with staff accessways on the perimeter acting as buffer zones to regulate the building’s internal climate.
The interior design focuses on the organic beauty of its surroundings, capturing the healing essence of nature and the oceanfront. The use of premium finishes blends seamlessly with medical-grade materials as the space transitions from front-of-house into clinical zones.
